History

GM Cataforesi Srl was founded in November 2000. It has been operating in the contract painting sector since December 2001. Since then, it has been successfully providing cataphoresis and powder painting services. In September 2024, 100% of the controlling shares of G.M. Cataforesi were acquired by the Argos Surface Technologies Group, Italy’s leading manufacturer of surface treatments and coatings for metals (link: https://www.argos-st.com/en/ ) and the company name was changed to Argos G.M. Cataforesi S.r.l.
